The girl is not broken heart because of being left by her boyfriend. She cried for him. She missed him much. She also longed for him a lot.
But, as stated in the last line,
Someday you'll love me, but I won't love you.
means that she believes that the boyfriend will love her again, but she will not love him back, because she has been broken heart. This expression is also containing something revengous thing.
